My family and I met Diane at an open house. Without any pressures she gave us her card and the rest was history. She helped us purchase our new home 2015. Two years later when we had to relocate without any hesitation we called Diane to help us buy and sell our current home!
We chose to Diane because she's knowledgeable, genuine, loyal and most of all caring. She always had our best interest at heart. With 2 little ones life was hectic and with the stress that came with buying and selling a house we life could have been more hectic and stressful but with Diane on our side we knew we were in good hands. She was very proactive. Anticipated problems and always had a solution. She was always honest with us and told us the good the bad and ugly news!

Diane and Mike are the real deal!! Daine had total control of the situation the entire time despite a few hurdles and a very unpleasant agent on the other end! She spent a lot of time researching homes that fit our very demanding list of must haves. When we finally decided on "the one", she fought hard to make sure we got the best value and terms we could get and we felt completely satisfied with the final deal at closing.

We relocated from the SF Bay Area to Murrieta, and Diane coordinated at least 2-dozen home visits for us over 3 weekend trips based on her study of, and her attention to, our needs and preferences until we ultimately found our dream home. Diane has been our agent for years. She has helped us buy and sell five properties. She is currently helping one of our daughters to buy a home also. She listens to her clients carefully and then searches for the property that best fits what her clients need. She also advises her clients with very good and timely information. We concluded a sale that funded today and recorded today. We had an offer on the second day of the listing and we accepted it. She discussed the prices of similar homes and gave us good advice on listing the property. We had a difficult buyer and Diane stood tall and kept the buyer and the sale in line so that it closed on time.
